Stay at home moms tend to feel self righteous about looking after the kids. They also make fun of their working friends who have deserted the kids to work on a full-time job. On the other hand, they should empathize with their friends' problems.

If they try to help each other look after the kids, they would both be doing the right thing. There is always a good reason why mothers make the decision to work. Stay at home moms should not be judgmental about their friends who work.
